Rancho Badillo | Covina, CA

Rancho Badillo is a new 28-unit multifamily residential community located in a prime Covina location. Casitas serves as the development manager and owner’s representative, providing end-to-end support from permitting and design coordination through construction execution.

Casitas has led permitting and expediting efforts, design management, development management, and preconstruction services, coordinating consultants and navigating city approvals to keep the project moving efficiently. In parallel, Casitas assisted the owner in planning the addition of four future ADUs at the rear of the property under SB 1211; ADU plans are currently under review with the City.

Casitas is also providing full construction management to ensure alignment with approved plans, budget, and schedule. The project is anticipated to be delivered to the market in April 2026, resulting in a high-quality, community-oriented multifamily development.
