By integrating entitlement, design, permitting, and execution considerations, Casitas helps protect long-term project value and ensure projects remain viable from concept through delivery.
Construction Management
Casitas provides hands-on construction management services across all projects, representing the owner’s interests throughout the construction phase. We oversee day-to-day coordination to ensure work is executed in accordance with approved plans, permit conditions, budgets, and schedules, while maintaining high quality standards.
Casitas works with a strong bench of trusted general contractors and can also collaborate closely with contractors the owner has longstanding relationships with. Prior to construction, we support contractor selection by advising on procurement strategy and assisting with bid leveling to ensure scope alignment, cost clarity, and competitive pricing.
During construction, we manage contractor coordination, monitor progress against the schedule, and proactively address issues before they impact cost or timelines. Casitas also ensures construction activities remain aligned with city requirements and approvals, reducing the risk of delays, rework, or compliance issues.

Casitas maintains a long-standing strategic partnership with CREDE Group, a full-service real estate development and project management firm with deep national resources and an experienced team spanning multiple asset types and project scales. We collaborate on large-scale and non-housing projects—including tenant improvements, retail, hospitality, master planning, and mixed-use developments—leveraging CREDE’s broad bench of development and execution expertise. Currently, together we are building a dedicated campus in partnership with an undisclosed City to serve 200 unhoused residents, featuring inviting outdoor spaces, flexible program areas for job training and community services, plus amenities such as kennels, a dog wash and run, and thoughtful, supportive design that enhances livability.
